By accessing and using NeuroTrain, a product of Patagon Consulting Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use NeuroTrain for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on NeuroTrain
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description
NeuroTrain provides AI-powered sales training through simulated conversations. The service includes:
- Access to 5 different training models
- Real-time voice conversation capabilities
- Performance analytics and feedback
- Session recording and evaluation
- Progress tracking and reporting
4. User Responsibilities
Users of NeuroTrain agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Data Collection and Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Patagon Consulting Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use NeuroTrain, even if Patagon Consulting Inc. or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of NeuroTrain are owned by Patagon Consulting Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
10. Changes to Terms
Patagon Consulting Inc. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
